: Support for Axis TCP-activated Motion Detection : This is a type of motion detection supported by various Axis cameras and servers: (Models 2120/2420/241S/241Q/210/211)

Motion is detected in the camera and when motion is detected a TCP message is sent to
Netcam Watcher telling it to start recording. A similar message is sent when motion stop.

This scheme saves bandwidth and CPU processing cycles, allowing you to handle more cameras using less bandwidth.
